Bishop Ruel Caleja

Bishop Dr. Rogelio & Ruel S. Caleja, born to a poor farmer in Northern Philippines, overcame immense
hardships to become a beacon of faith and leadership. Once a janitor and labor union leader, he became
a pastor in 1995. For 28 years, he has served as a missionary, church planter, and Head Bishop of True
Vine Christian Ministries International. He focuses on evangelism, discipleship, and humanitarian
outreach while actively supporting civic and indigenous advocacy.
